These Terms of Service apply to Forge Access, a personal-use assistant integration operated by its owner to manage an authorized YouTube channel and, if separately authorized, read the owner's Gmail for requested tasks. Forge Access is not a public sign-up service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google or YouTube.

Use and authorization

Use Forge Access only with permission from its operator and only for accounts or channels you own or are authorized to manage. Google account access requires your consent through Google authorization. Do not provide your Google password to Forge Access.

Use of Forge Access is subject to these terms and its Privacy Policy. The YouTube integration performs requested tasks such as uploading videos, managing titles and descriptions, setting thumbnails, checking processing status, and managing video visibility or schedules. The Gmail integration can search and read mail with read-only permission; it does not send, delete, or modify messages.

YouTube terms

Forge Access uses YouTube API Services. By using Forge Access, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. These terms do not replace or override your agreements with YouTube or Google.

Your content and instructions

You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for videos, music, images, descriptions, and other content you provide or instruct Forge Access to use. Do not use the integration for unlawful content, infringement, spam, unauthorized access, or attempts to evade platform restrictions.

Review the content, target channel, and intended visibility before requesting publication. Forge Access does not claim ownership of your content. The owner supplies content and instructions so the integration can perform the requested tasks.

Privacy and access control

The Forge Access Privacy Policy describes the information the integration accesses and processes, including its use of owner-configured assistant services, storage, retention, and deletion controls. Read that policy before using the integration.

You may stop using Forge Access and revoke its Google authorization through Google Account third-party connections. Revocation does not automatically delete videos already uploaded to YouTube or previously stored working records; those are managed separately as described in the Privacy Policy.

Availability and changes

Forge Access is a personal-use tool and has no guaranteed availability or support response time. Google, YouTube, hosting, and assistant services may change or become unavailable. Outputs and requested operations can contain errors or fail, so verify important results.

The operator may update these terms as the integration changes. Revised terms will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Stop using the integration if you do not accept the revised terms.
